NO customer support

Im having trouble opening the Bookshelf app, crashes every time I open it. Ive asked Ultralingua twice to help, no response either time. I cant use any of the dictionaries at all. Prior to this problem, I really liked and used the app a lot. Be aware that their customer service is no support whatsoever. :(
I have a new iPad Pro on iOS 10.
